With over 30 years of combined clinical experience Heidi
Leibovich, LCSW and Scott Windham, LCSW  strive to provide
every client with a personalized and effective approach to
treatment utilizing a variety of research backed approaches
including cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies, insight
based therapy and  stress management techniques. Combined
with a humanistic/integrative person centered approach these

Scott C. Windham MSW, LCSW

Scott Windham holds a B.A. in Psychology from the Indiana University of
PA and a Master's Degree in Direct Practice Social Work from the
University of Pittsburgh. Scott is a licensed clinical Social Worker in the
state of PA and has worked at WPIC, the STAR clinic and Wesley-Spectrum
Highland Youth Services. Scott has extensive experience in the treatment of
Asperger’s syndrome, depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder as well as in
working with adolescents who engage in self-injurious behavior or are
dealing with suicidal thinking.

Heidi Leibovich MSW,LCSW

Heidi holds a PA state license in clinical social work and earned her
Master’s degree in social work from Hunter College in New York
City where she worked with a variety of at risk populations. Heidi
spent the early years of her career working as a therapist in an
approved private school setting. She has worked at Windham and
Leibovich for the past 9 years.  Heidi has extensive experience in
therapeutically treating depression, anxiety disorder, panic
disorder, bipolar disorder, life stresses and ADHD. Heidi's approach
to therapy is compassionate, insight driven, and client centered. By
creating a safe and open therapeutic environment Heidi is able to
help her clients to identify, explore, challenge, and change their
negative patterns of thought and behavior.
